The work begins with where you are, what matters to you, and what you want to preserve, change, build, or make possible.

From there, we determine what information, resources, relationships, and conditions are relevant to the questions and possibilities in front of you.

For Founders

Turn the financial work your business already needs into visibility that sharpens the questions and informs the decisions ahead.

We build and put to work a financial foundation around the business you have, what you are building toward, and what you want to understand.

Life Transitions

Understand what you have to work with, what different choices may require, and what you want to keep possible.

We bring relevant information, resources, people, and practical considerations together around a meaningful transition so you can understand possible paths and prepare for what comes next.

Curiosity. Clarity. Harmony.

Whether the work begins with bookkeeping, a founder building toward what comes next, or a meaningful life transition, we begin with two things: where you are and what you want.

The work changes with the situation.
The principles remain consistent.

We explore what matters, what may be changing, what you are considering, and what else might be possible.

We structure and connect the relevant information and resources so you can answer important questions, compare paths, test assumptions, and understand what different choices may require and what would make them possible.

We align the people, resources, systems, responsibilities, communication, and support needed to carry a decision forward. We preserve the context that helps the work adapt as circumstances, priorities, and possibilities evolve.

Having data is not the same as having answers.

Built from experience using

information to understand, decide, and lead

Clarity with Harmony is founder-led and grew out of experience on the other side of the reports.

As a founder and operator, I was responsible for understanding what was happening across a business and deciding what to build, where to focus, what to pursue next, and what I needed to know to move it forward.

I learned firsthand that having data is not the same as having answers.

That experience changed both how I build and what I believe information should do.

It also taught me to distinguish useful structure from unnecessary complexity. The right systems, processes, reporting, and support depend on how the business works, what it is trying to accomplish, what is already working, and what the direction ahead requires.

Today, that experience shapes how I work directly with every client. I connect the information and resources relevant to the question to understand what is shaping the situation, how the pieces affect one another, what may be changing, and what different paths may require.

Start with where you are

You do not need to know which service, offering, or scope is right before reaching out.

Bring what is happening, what you are considering, what you want to understand more clearly, or what you are trying to make possible.

That is where the conversation begins.

From there, we clarify what deserves attention, what needs to become visible or better understood, and the right starting point and scope of work.
